- ONI stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment and needed a repair done on my water system. Was leaking and pump wouldn’t shut off because of air.
I went to the service desk and was told to bring the trailer up by the doors. Tech came out right away and I was back on the road within the hour.
They looked after me exceptionally fast.

- ONBuying our first camper was a fantastic experience. From sales, to service and every department in between…you can tell that all the staff who work here really pride themselves on providing top-notch customer service.
Being from out of town, they communicated with me by text, phone, email, and even FaceTimed with me as I arranged for my Dad to do a walk through so I could see the camper we were interested in. They answered all my questions and were open to making sure the price worked for us.
We will be returning for accessories and service/warranty work when needed because the service we received was so excellent.
Very very pleased with everything, would highly recommend.

- ONI had an issue with a thermostat and was traveling through Thunder Bay. Kris in service was able to fit me in within 90 minutes of my call. The technician figured out my problem and solved it very quickly and was very helpful to provide helpful tips. Excellent service!

- ONWe had a trailer propane stove fire while camping near Thunder Bay and Chris in the service department was great to get us in quickly. Their repair technician did a great job closing off the propane line so we could still use our other propane appliances. The stove was shot and will have to be replaced when we return home.
